Preparing for Audio Input Take the following steps to prepare the camera for connecting audio input devices. When Using the Front Microphone AJ-HPX3100 can be equipped with the AJ-MC900G stereo microphone kit (an extra-cost option). 1 Open the microphone holder. 3 Connect the microphone cable to the MIC IN jack on the camera. 2 Mount the microphone and tighten the clamping screw. The microphone must be attached with the UP mark on the microphone facing up. Clamping Screw MIC IN Jack 4 Set the AUDIO IN switch to [FRONT] depending on the audio channel to be recorded. AUDIO IN Switch When Using a Wireless Receiver When Using the Unislot Wireless Receiver 1 Remove the cover to insert the wireless receiver and secure it with the screws. 3 When using a 2-channel wireless receiver, select "DUAL" in the WIRELESS TYPE menu item.
