Sounds Settings Theme Color Theme Color lets you select the color your phone uses to highlight menu items and scroll bar positions. 1. In standby mode, press the MENU (left) soft key ( ), then press wxyz (for Settings) and @ (for Display), and wxyz for Theme Color. The following options appear in the display: • Pattern 1 • Pattern 2 • Pattern 3 2. Use the navigation keys to highlight the desired setting, then press the OK key to save the setting. Sounds Settings The Sounds menu provides a variety of options to customize audio properties for such things as ringers, keypad tones alerts, and more. Volume/Vibrate Use the Volume/Vibrate sub-menu to set the default volume for incoming calls and alarms, or set the phone to vibrate. 1. In standby mode, press the MENU (left) soft key ( ), then press wxyz (for Settings), abc (for Sounds), and @ for Volume/Vibrate. The following options appear in the display: • Calls - Lets you set the volume and/or vibration for the incoming calls ringer. • Messages - Lets you set the volume and/or vibration for the new messages ringer. • Alarm - Lets you set the volume and/or vibration for the alarm ringer. 2. Use the navigation keys to highlight an option, then press the OK key. 3. Use the Up and Down volume keys or the left/right navigation keys to select the volume level (or vibrate mode) for the selected setting. 4. Press the OK key to save the setting. Vibrating Alert You can set your phone to vibrate to indicate alerts. 1. In standby mode, press the MENU (left) soft key ( ), then press wxyz (for Settings), abc (for Sounds), and abc for Vibrating Alert. 2. Use the navigation key to highlight Off or On. 3.
