The log will be automatically copied into the drive. Using the Embedded Web Server 1. In your Web browser, go to http://printer IP address/hp/device/webAccess/log.html. 2. The Embedded Web Server will send you a file with the extension .trb containing the system error log. Alternatively, select the Support tab, then Service Support > Download Diagnostic Package.
