Using the HP PhotoSmart Utility (Macintosh) Use the HP PhotoSmart Utility to calibrate and clean your printer, and to print a test page. Open the Utility from the Utilities folder on your hard drive. Use the Utility to: • Select the printer. • Print a WOW! sample page to see the printer's photo print quality. • Check the ink level of the print cartridges. • Print a test page to check for clarity after cleaning or to verify that the printer can receive data and print from the computer correctly. • Clean the print cartridges when lines and dots are missing from your print out. • Calibrate the printer to align the print cartridges. • Find technical support via links to HP Customer Care.
