USER SETTING  HDD ALL Backup Auto Inspection Unit UK-301 Backs up the data (ref. images/ Auto Inspection reports) stored in the HDD Backup of Auto Inspection Unit UK-301 to the other external storage devices via USB network. ★Important★ Before starting the backup, make sure to confirm the overview and settings shown below. Ext. Storage Device Overview of backup function  While the device is in backup process, the device is automatically switched to the energy saving mode, and the functions other than backup are disabled. When the process is interrupted by an error during the energy saving mode, it is not possible to return to the previous screen  When it is required to cancel the process during the backup process, turn OFF the sub power switch. Never turn OFF the main power switch.  Back up the following data stored in the HDD of Auto Inspection Unit UK-301 to other external storage device.  Ref. image data  Auto Inspection report data  Ref. image list management data  Auto Inspection report list management data  After completing the backup process, turn OFF/ON the sub power switch. Operating condition for backup  Equipped with the Auto Inspection Unit UK-301.  The external storage device for backup is correctly connected to the USB port of Auto Inspection Unit UK-301.  Only one external storage device is connected, not plural storage devices.  Enhanced security mode is disabled. Requirements for the external storage device for backup  Format (FAT32 or ext4) the device in advance.  Secure sufficient memory space for the backup.  The USB port of Auto Inspection Unit UK-301 supports only low power devices. When the storage device needs higher capacity, use an external power supply. 22
