MD (9) PANORAMIC FORMAT PICTURE 2 ca NOLLVII3dO 1333NYACIV f You can switch between the panoramic format and standard format picture taking mode in the middle of the roll by moving the panorama mode selector switch. The panoramic format picture allows horizontally positioned dynamic pictures to be taken (13 x 36mm on film). 1. Switching to the Panorama format picture Move the panorama mode selector switch to P to select the panoramic format mode. * Ensure that the panorama mode selector switch is moved fully to the position you selected. 2. Taking a panoramic format picture Compose the scene within the panoramic format frame indicated by the oblique lines. * When the shutter button is depressed halfway down, the panorama indicator [ _ will light up. * What appears on the extreme edges of the pano- ramic frame may be cut off in the development proc- ess. Compose your picture with a margin of safety.
