- Send Key: allows you to answer an incoming call by pressing either the Accept soft key or the key. - Open Slide: allows you to answer an incoming call by sliding the device into the open position. - Any Key: allows you to answer an incoming call by pressing any key on your phone. • Auto Reply: allows you to create a text message to be sent when you miss an incoming call. • Call Status Tones: allows you to activate an alert tone for one of three available status categories. Use the Up or Down Navigation key to highlight your selection. Press the key to make your selection. Press the Save soft key to save your new selection. Options include: - Call Connect Tone: allows you to activate an alert tone when the a connection has been made. - Minute Minder: allows you to activate an alert tone which sounds every minute the call is active. - Call End Tone: allows you to activate an alert tone when the line is disconnected. • Alerts On Call: allows you to activate an alert tone for new messages being received during an active call. Use the Up or Down Navigation key to toggle between On and Off. Press the key to make your selection. Press the Select soft key to save your new selection. Voice Call This option allows you to configure those phone parameters associated to voice calls. • Call Forwarding: enables incoming calls to be rerouted to a number that you specify. Use the Up or Down Navigation key to highlight your selection. Press the key to make your selection. Press the Select soft key to save your new selection. Options include: - Forward Always: allows you to forward Voice Calls. Press the Select soft key and either enter the phone number or press the Options soft key to select a number from your Address Book. Once you have selected a number, press the Options soft key and select to either Activate/Deactivate this feature. - Busy: allows you to forward Voice Calls to a designated number instead of your voice mail number if you are on another phone call. Press the Select soft key and either enter the phone number or press the Options soft key to select a number from your Address Book. Once you have selected a number, press the Options soft key and select to either Activate/Deactivate this feature. - No Reply: allows you to forward Voice Calls to a designated number instead of your voicemail number when there is no answer on your phone. Press the Select soft key to check the status of the option or to select a number from your Address Book. Once you have selected a number, press the Options soft key and select to either Activate/ Deactivate this feature. You can also select the amount of time that the phone delays before forwarding.
