. . . , r. t Re- Ot•in•6 a Picture Re-recording on a Previously Recorded Portion-EDIT SEARCH (1) During recording, you can review your last recorded portion in the viewfinder and re-record over it using EDITSEARCH. (1) Press START/STOP to set the camcorder to recording standby mode. (2) Keep pressing the + (forward playback) or - (reverse playback) side of EDITSEARCH and release the button when you locate the beginning of the portion you want to record over. The camcorder enters standby mode again. (3) Press START/ STOP to begin re-recording.
