If the microphone has two plugs, connect to both jacks. If you connect a "plug-in-power" microphone, use the MIC jack only. C3 Grip strap (p.17) Put your hand through the grip strap to hold the camcorder. Adjust the length of the strap so that your thumb can easily touch the START/STOP button.
