Using Drives External diskette drive 57 7 Grasp the HDD's plastic handle and pull toward yourself to remove the module. Removing the HDD module To insert the HDD module: 1 Turn the HDD module so the connector faces down. 2 Insert the module into the slot, pressing firmly to ensure a good connection. 3 Place the cover in the proper position and press on the latches until it clicks into place. 4 Secure the cover by replacing the screw. External diskette drive Your computer comes with an external diskette drive designed for use with 3.5-inch diskettes. You may also use a 3.5-inch diskette if you install an external diskette drive in the SelectBay. To install an external diskette drive in the SelectBay, follow the instructions in "Swapping SelectBay modules" on page 37. Part I: Getting to Know Your Computer
