USB Services - Show When Inserted USB Services - Hide Until Inserted New Password Re-enter Password Sets whether to show a USB Drive Detected screen when a USB memory is inserted into the printer. Sets whether to hide menus concerning USB memory until a USB memory is inserted into the printer. Sets a password that is required to access the Copy, Scan, Fax, and Print functions. Confirms the set password. NOTE: You can set the password for the Dell Printer Configuration Web Tool from Set Password in Print Server Settings. Secure Receive Purpose: Allows you to password protect all the incoming faxes. When the Secure Receive feature is enabled, the printer stores incoming faxes and prints them when the correct password is entered on the operator panel. Values: Secure Receive Set New Password Re-enter Password Enables/Disables password protection for all incoming faxes. Sets a password for incoming faxes. Confirms the set password. Display of Network Information Purpose: To set whether to show network information in the message field of the Main Home screen. Data Encryption Purpose: To set whether to encrypt the data. Values: Data Encryption Encryption Sets whether to encrypt the data. Encryption Key Sets a key that is required to encrypt. Re-enter Encryption Key Enter the new key again to confirm.
