Solutions When Manual Calibration Does Not Work If you are having trouble calibrating manually, try the following solutions: • If the circle does not move to the next position, or it moves automatically, dim or turn off any bright lights near the projection surface. • Make sure the projector is not too close to the projection surface. Parent topic: Solving Interactive Problems Solutions When the Built-In Toolbar (PC Free Annotation) Does Not Work If you cannot use the pen without a computer, try the following solutions: • Make sure the USB Type B option on the Extended menu is set to Easy Interactive Function or USB Display/Easy Interactive Function. • Press one of the Source buttons on the remote control to select the source for the image you want to annotate. To use a blank screen, select Computer2 or another unused source. • Make sure you have calibrated the system. Try recalibrating. • Press the Pen Mode button on the remote control to toggle between PC Interactive and PC Free Annotation modes. Try manual calibration. • Make sure the cable cover is in place to keep cables from blocking the signal. • Try adjusting the pen operation area. • If you use the E-Zoom + button on the remote control to enlarge the image, the pen position is not accurate. When you return the image to the original size, the position should be correct. • In PC Interactive mode (in the Extended menu), turn off Auto Adjust Pen Area and select Manual Adj.
