Note: See Chapter 7, "Parts listing, Types 8861, 8862," on page 139 to determine which components are replaceable by the customer and which components must be replaced by an IBM field service technician. Error code/symptom FRU/action 00019704 (Processor 4 failed BIST) 1. Microprocessor 4 2. VRM4 3. Microprocessor tray assembly 00180100 (A PCI adapter has requested memory resources that are not available) 1. Reorder the adapters in the PCI slots. It is important that your boot device is positioned early in the scan order so that it is executed by POST. 2. Verify that the PCI adapter and all other adapters are set correctly in the Configuration/Setup Utility program. If the memory resource settings are not correct, change the settings. 3. If all memory resources are being used, you might need to remove an adapter to make memory available to the PCI adapter. Disabling the adapter BIOS on the adapter should correct the error. Refer to documentation provided with the adapter. 00180200 (No more I/O space available for PCI adapter) 1. Run Configuration/Setup. 2. Failing adapter. 3. I/O board. 00180300 (No more memory (above 1MB for PCI adapter)) 1. Run Configuration/Setup. 2. Failing adapter. 3. I/O board. 00180400 (No more memory (below 1MB for PCI adapter)) 1. Run Configuration/Setup. 2. Failing adapter. 3. I/O board. 00180500 (PCI option ROM checksum error) 1. Remove failing PCI card. 2. I/O board. 00180600 (PCI built-in self test failure) 1. Run Configuration/Setup. 2. Failing adapter. 3. I/O board. 00180700, 00180800 (General PCI error) 1. Verify that no devices have been disabled in CMOS. 2. I/O board. 3. PCI card 00181000 (PCI error) 1. Remove adapters in PCI slots. 2. I/O board. 00181100 (RXE100 communication error) 1. Check RXE-100 drawer management cable (RS-485). 2. Check service processor in host. 3. Verify DMC code level in RXE-100. 00181200 (RXE-100 requested slots unavailable) 1. Release slots from other shared host. 2. Verify code level in RXE-100. 3. Verify slot request in Configuration/Setup Utility program. 4. Check RIOG cable. 01295085 (ECC checking hardware test error) 1. Microprocessor 2. DIMM 3. Microprocessor tray assembly Chapter 6.
