Note: After installing a USB keyboard, you might need to use the Configuration/Setup Utility to enable keyboardless operation to prevent POST error message 301 from being displayed during startup. The USB mouse or USB pointing device does not work. 1. Verify that the mouse or pointing-device USB cable is securely connected to the server, that the keyboard and mouse or pointing-device cables are not reversed, and that the device drivers are installed correctly. 2. Make sure that the system and the monitor are turned on. 3. Make sure that the USB mouse support is enabled in BIOS. 4.
