Purpose To check the current setting of the maintenance items, or paper jam or service call occurrences. Before initializing or replacing the backup RAM, output a list of the current settings of the maintenance items to reenter the settings after initialization or replacement. Method 1. Press the start key. 2. Select the item to be output using the cursor up/down keys. Display Output list MAINTENANCE List of the current settings of the maintenance modes EVENT Outputs the event log ALL Outputs the all reports 3. Press the start key. The interrupt print mode is entered and a list is output. When A4/Letter paper is available, a report of this size is output. If not, specify the paper feed location. When output is complete, the screen for selecting an item is displayed. Method: Send to the USB memory 1. Press the power key on the operation panel, and after verifying the main power indicator has gone off, switch off the main power switch. 2. Insert USB memory in USB memory slot. 3. Turn the main power switch on. 4. Enter the maintenance item. 5. Press the start key. 6. Select the item to be send. 7. Select [TEXT] or [HTML]. Description

Outputs the event log. Also sends output data to the USB memory.

Purpose
To check the current setting of the maintenance items, or paper jam or service call occurrences. Before initial-
izing or replacing the backup RAM, output a list of the current settings of the maintenance items to reenter the

Method
1.
Press the start key.
2.
Select the item to be output using the cursor up/down keys.
3.
Press the start key. The interrupt print mode is entered and a list is output.
When A4/Letter paper is available, a report of this size is output. If not, specify the paper feed location.
