Copying Functions Maximum Number of Repeat Copy Jobs Retained You can use the procedure below to change the maximum number of copy jobs that can be retained in the document box. Use the procedure below to change the maximum number of copy jobs retained. 1 Press the System Menu key. 2 Press [Document Box/Removable Memory] and then [Next] of Job Box. 3 Press [Change] of Repeat Copy Job Retention. Document Box/Removable Memory - Repeat Copy Job Retention Set the maximum number of repeat copy jobs to retain. Use [-]/[+] or the numeric keys to enter a number. *Set this number to 0 to not retain any jobs. (0 - 50) 32 job(s) 4 Use the [+] or [-] key to enter the maximum retention number. You can also enter the number from the numeric keys. A number between 0 and 50 can be entered as the number of retained jobs. Cancel OK NOTE: If you enter a value of 0 (zero), you cannot use the Repeat Copy function. Status 10/10/2010 10:10 5 Press [OK]. DP Read Action Set the operation when a document is scanned from the document processor. The table below shows the available settings. Item Speed Priority Quality Priority Detail Priority given to scanning speed. Priority given to image quality. NOTE: The optional document processor is required. Cannot be used when set to [On] in Document Guard on page 9-103. Use the procedure below to set a DP Read Action 1 Press the Copy key. 2 Place the original. 3 Press [Advanced Setup] and then Press [DP Read Action]. 4 Select [Speed Priority] or [Quality Priority]. 5 Press [OK]. 6 Press the Start key.
