Call Answer Mode Select how to answer incoming calls on your phone: whether you want to press , to press any number key, or simply to open the phone. 1. Highlight and press Call Setup > Call Answer. > Settings > Others > 2. Highlight an option and press . Ⅲ Flip Open to answer an incoming call by just opening the phone. Ⅲ Any Key to allow you to answer an incoming call by opening the phone and pressing any key. Ⅲ TALK Only to require you to press all incoming calls. to answer Auto-Answer Mode Set your phone to automatically pick up incoming calls when connected to an optional hands-free car kit. 1. Highlight and press > Settings > Others > Call Setup > Auto-Answer. 2. Highlight an option and press . Ⅲ Off to disable Auto-Answer. Ⅲ Headset to answer calls automatically when the phone is connected to a headset (sold separately). Remember, your phone will answer calls in Auto-Answer mode even if you are not present. Setting Abbreviated Dialing To activate the Contacts Match feature: 1. Highlight and press Call Setup. > Settings > Others > 2. Select Contacts Match > ON. To activate the Prefix feature: 1. Highlight and press Call Setup. > Settings > Others > 2. Select Abbreviated Dialing > ON. 3. Enter the first five- or six-digit prefix in the Enter Prefix field and then press SAVE (left softkey). Call Answer Mode
Select how to answer incoming calls on your phone:
whether you want to press
, to press any number
key, or simply to open the phone.

Call Setup > Call Answer.

Auto-Answer Mode
Set your phone to automatically pick up incoming calls
