Remove an image from a topic • To remove an image from a topic, in the Design Editor, select the image. Click the Delete button. The image remains in the Images folder. • To remove an image from a project, delete the file from all topics. The image is removed from the Images folder. Edit an image in RoboHelp 1 In the Design Editor, select the image to edit. 2 Do one of the following: • In the toolbar, click the Edit Selected Image button . • Select Edit > Edit item. • In the Project Manager pod, right-click an image name. Select Edit. 3 Set options: Text Wrapping Select the alignment of the image with the surrounding text. Note: If text wrapping occurs around an image, then the image cannot be aligned. If text wrapping is set to None, then the image, or the line it is on, can be aligned. Screen Tip Enter text to display when the user hovers the cursor over the image. Size Click to set the dimensions of the image in pixels. In the Size dialog box, select Maintain Aspect Ratio to maintain the height to width proportion. Margins Click to specify the space between the image and the text. You can specify the same width for the margin on all sides or a different width for left, right, top, and bottom margins. Borders Click to add a border to the image and specify a style. Edit an image with RoboScreenCapture 1 In the Design Editor, select the image to edit. 2 Do one of the following: • Select Edit > Edit With RoboScreenCapture. • Right-click and select Edit with RoboScreenCapture. • Click the Edit with RoboScreenCapture button in the Objects toolbar. 3 Edit the image. 4 Click Save. Close RoboScreenCapture. The Image dialog box of RoboHelp for HTML appears.

Remove an image from a topic
To remove an image from a topic, in the Design Editor, select the image. Click the Delete button. The image
remains in the Images folder.
To remove an image from a project, delete the file from all topics. The image is removed from the Images folder.
Edit an image in RoboHelp

In the Design Editor, select the image to edit.

Do one of the following:
In the toolbar, click the Edit Selected Image button
.
Select Edit > Edit item.
In the Project Manager pod, right-click an image name. Select Edit.

Set options:
Text Wrapping
Select the alignment of the image with the surrounding text.
Note:
If text wrapping occurs around an image, then the image cannot be aligned. If text wrapping is set to None, then
the image, or the line it is on, can be aligned.
Screen Tip
Enter text to display when the user hovers the cursor over the image.
Size
Click to set the dimensions of the image in pixels. In the Size dialog box, select Maintain Aspect Ratio to
maintain the height to width proportion.
Margins
Click to specify the space between the image and the text. You can specify the same width for the margin
on all sides or a different width for left, right, top, and bottom margins.
Borders
Click to add a border to the image and specify a style.
Edit an image with RoboScreenCapture

Select Edit > Edit With RoboScreenCapture.
Right-click and select Edit with RoboScreenCapture.
Click the Edit with RoboScreenCapture
button in the Objects toolbar.
