Mark Traffic You can select a flow and mark it with a traffic class ID. Traffic class IDs identify the traffic flow when the traffic reaches egress for queue scheduling. Mark traffic 1. When you enable rate shaping, the system buffers all traffic exceeding the specified rate until the buffer memory is exhausted.
