This string enables external switches to identify iDRAC LLDP PDUs. Following are the applicable port types: 1. iDRAC port (dedicated) 2. NIC port 3. iDRAC and NIC port (shared) Port FQDD 3 Server service tag 4 Server model name 5 Server slot number 6 Chassis service tag 7 Chassis model 8 IOM service tag 9 IOM model name 10 IOM slot label 11 IOM port number 12 Port number that uniquely identifies a NIC port within a server. Service tag ID of the server. Model name of the server. For example, PowerEdge FC640. Slot number of the server. For example, 1, 2, 3, 1a, and 1b. Service tag ID of the chassis. (Applicable only to blade servers.) Model name of the chassis. (Applicable only to blade servers.) Service tag ID of the IOM device. (Applicable only to blade servers.) Model name of the IOM device. Isilon-related TLVs (Type - 127, OUI - 0xF8-0xB1-0x56) TLV Subtype Subtypes used in LLDP custom TLVs that are transacted by the Isilon nodes Originator 1 RA prefix 2 Fabric ID 3 Description Indicates the Isilon string that is used as originator. This string enables the OS10 switches to identify the Isilon originated LLDP PDUs. Indicates the IPV6 address prefix for SLAAC. Isilon nodes uses this prefix to communicate with the master and the OS10 switch to compute the Virtual IP address for the specific fabric instance. The RA prefix is different for each fabric. Port type

Following are the applicable port types:

iDRAC port (dedicated)

NIC port

iDRAC and NIC port (shared)

Port FQDD

Port number that uniquely identifies a NIC

port within a server.

Server service tag

Service tag ID of the server.

Server model name

Model name of the server. For example,

PowerEdge FC640.

Server slot number

Slot number of the server. For example, 1, 2,

3, 1a, and 1b.

Chassis service tag

Service tag ID of the chassis. (Applicable

only to blade servers.)

Chassis model

Model name of the chassis. (Applicable only

to blade servers.)

IOM service tag

Service tag ID of the IOM device.

(Applicable only to blade servers.)

IOM model name

Model name of the IOM device. (Applicable

only to blade servers.)

IOM slot label

Slot label of the IOM device. For example,

A1, B1, A2, and B2 (applicable only to blade

servers).

IOM port number

Port number of the NIC. For example, 1, 2,

and 3.

Subtypes used in LLDP custom TLVs that are transacted by the Isilon nodes

Originator

Indicates the Isilon string that is used as

originator. This string enables the OS10

switches to identify the Isilon originated

LLDP PDUs.

RA prefix

Indicates the IPV6 address prefix for

SLAAC. Isilon nodes uses this prefix to

communicate with the master and the OS10

switch to compute the Virtual IP address for

the specific fabric instance. The RA prefix is

different for each fabric.

Fabric ID

Indicates the ID of the fabric the LLDP PDU

is originating from.
