Read fault The operating system cannot read Requested sector not found from the diskette or hard drive, the system could not find a particular sector on the disk, or the requested sector is defective. Replace the diskette. Ensure that the diskette and hard drive cables are properly connected. See "Troubleshooting a USB Device" on page 115, or "Troubleshooting a Hard Drive" on page 124 for the appropriate drive(s) installed in your system.
