Label 5.2.3.1 Network Tab Type Address Protocol Enter the name for this ICA-session in the field Label. This name will be shown to the user concerned in order to enable him to make a difference between several sessions. Detect if you want to configure an ICA session which connects to a server or to an application (Published Application). Depending on the type of server chosen (server or published application) you are provided a list of servers at your disposal or a list of so called published applications. From this list you select the desired server/ the desired application by mouseclick, so that you do not need to perform any entries manually. Determines the way server browsing is performed. TCP/IP (preferred for MetaFrame 1.8 and older) or http (preferred for Metaframe XP) are at your disposal. Connect via Lets you specify the type of connection (e.g. LAN, ISDN, etc.). Username/Password/Domain In case a user name or password have been entered here, the user of this working place enters the NT desktop without polling of the login data when starting the session.
