5.5.2 Configuring of a RDP session Label Enter the name for this RDP-session in the field Label. This name will be shown to the user concerned in order to enable him to make a difference between several sessions. 5.5.2.1 Network tab Address Enter either the name of a server or its IP-address Application This option lets you choose an application which automatically will be started once you log into a RDP-session. Working directory This option lets you specify a path to that application that you entered in the Applications area. Connect via Lets you specify the type of connection (e.g. LAN, ISDN, etc.) Username To enable auto login you need to enter a user name here. Password To enable auto login you need to enter a password of the according user here. If you do not enter a password the user will be prompted for a password. Domain If the user authenticates against a NT-domain you need to specify a domain name here. 5.5.2.2 Backup tab This option is to specify additional RDP-servers in case the terminal might not be able to establish a connection to the standard RDP-server. If THINTUNE fails to establish a link to the primary RDP-server THINTUNE will try to establish a link to the first or if this fails again to the second RDP-server specified. 31

Label
Enter the name for this RDP-session in the field Label. This name will be
