6.7.3 Network tab The network chapter is considered to supply you with most important information. It allows you to check all your network connectivity and offers you lots of network related information on THINTUNE. Ping the ping-command lets you check if you can reach remote hosts. You might enter host names as well as IP-addresses. This enables you to not only check the network configuration of THINTUNE but to also check the availability of remote hosts or routers such like Default Gateway, or DNS-Servers. Nslookup nslookup resolves host names. Be notified that in case you will use hostnames the DNS configuration of THINTUNE is correct. 57
