3. At the system console prompt enter the command: load cdrom 4. Wait for about 15 seconds for the CD to be automatically mounted as a volume. Press F3 and specify the path, including the volume name (for example, NW6SPx: where the x = version of support pack). 9. Press Esc to continue. 10. Press Yes to accept the Terms and Conditions. 11. Press Esc to continue. 12. Press Yes to accept the ConsoleOne Reporting Tool agreement. 13. Press Enter to continue. NOTE: If you want to be able to uninstall the Support Pack later, you must select the option to back up files. 14. HP recommends selecting the option to update the Storage/LAN/PSM/WAN drivers currently in use.. IMPORTANT: Always select No when asked to reboot the server after copying files. If you select Yes, the server may not come up. 15. Read the warning displayed by the service pack and then press Enter to continue. 16. After the support pack installation is complete, choose NCF files Options and press Enter. 56
