Using the ThinkPad Features Program Starting the ThinkPad Features Program The way you start the ThinkPad Features program depends on the operating system. O S/2 W IN WIN Starting the Program for OS/2 and Windows The ThinkPad Features program is a user-friendly graphical user interface. You can select or change any option in the ThinkPad Features program by simply clicking on the buttons on the screen with a pointing device. You can also specify features by entering the appropriate PS2 commands at the command prompt (see Appendix C). To start the ThinkPad Features program: For OS/2 or Windows 3.11: double-click on the ThinkPad Features icon. For Windows 95: click on Start, select Programs; then select ThinkPad. In the ThinkPad Features window, you can: Customize the settings for the one-touch setup buttons. View or set the configuration for the built-in devices. This allows you to detect or resolve system resource conflicts. For your information A Help button is available on the screen.
