4060-xxx Bevel gear removal 1. Open the left door. 2. Remove the inner shield. 3. Remove the gear guard. 4. Remove the power takeoff shaft and spring (A) through the bottom of the printer. A 5. Place your thumb on the top of the gear and press firmly down and away. Note: You need to exert firm pressure to snap the bevel gear out. 4-16 Service Manual
