Turning Bluetooth On and Off By default, your device's Bluetooth functionality is turned off. Turning Bluetooth on allows your phone to connect to other Bluetooth-capable devices. To turn Bluetooth on or off: 1. Press S > Tools > Bluetooth. 2. Press Options (right softkey). 3. Highlight Settings and press S. 4. Highlight the Bluetooth Power field and press S. 5. Use your navigation key to select On or Off, as desired and then press S. 6. Press Save (left softkey) to save your settings. Note: To extend battery life, set Bluetooth power to Off when not in use. Bluetooth Status Indicators When Bluetooth is powered on, the Bluetooth indicator on the front of the phone flashes. The following icons show your Bluetooth connection status at a glance: ⅷ - Bluetooth is connected. ⅷ - (steady) Bluetooth is active. ⅷ - (flashing) phone is in discovery mode. 164 Section 2L: Using Bluetooth

Turning Bluetooth On and Off
By default, your device’s Bluetooth functionality is
turned off. Turning Bluetooth on allows your phone to
