Camera and Gallery Camera and Gallery Camera With the Camera application you can take pictures and record videos while on the move. The images and video are automatically saved in the Gallery application. The camera produces JPEG images, and video clips are recorded in the 3GPP file format with the .3gp file extension. You can also send images or a video in a multimedia message, as an e-mail attachment, or using a Bluetooth connection. The Nokia 6630 device supports an image capture resolution of up to 1280 x 960 pixels. The image resolution in these materials may appear different. Taking pictures 1 Press in the standby mode. The Camera application opens, and you can see the view to be captured. See Figure. Press or to move between Image and Video views. 1.Indicator shows where the images will be saved: to phone memory ( ) or memory card ( ). 2.Shows an approximate estimate of how many images, depending on the selected image quality, fit in the memory of your phone or the memory card. See Image quality, p. '34'. 3.The zoom indicator shows the zoom level. Press to zoom in, press to zoom out. 4.Night mode active indicator . 5.The sequence mode indicator . See p. '34'. Shortcut: Press in the standby mode to open Camera. Tip! You can insert an image into a contact card. See Saving names and numbers, p. '28'.
