Calendar and To-do Tip! Select Options→ Settings to change the view that is shown when you open the calendar or the starting day of the week. Calendar views Tip! To send a calendar note, select Options→ Send→ Via text message/ Via multimedia/ Via Bluetooth. Tip! You can move calendar and to-do data from many different Nokia phones to your phone or synchronise your calendar and to-do to a compatible PC using Nokia PC Suite. See the CD-ROM supplied in the sales package. In the Month view, dates that have calendar entries are marked with a small triangle at the right bottom corner. In the Week view, memos and anniversaries are placed before 8 o'clock. • Icons in Day and Week views: - Memo, and - Anniversary. There is no icon for Meeting. • To go to a certain date, select Options→ Go to date. Write the date, and press OK. • Press to jump to today. Setting a calendar alarm You can set an alarm to remind you of a meeting. This option is not available for notes and anniversaries. 1 Open a note in which you want to set an alarm, and select Alarm→ On. 2 Set the Alarm time and Alarm date. 3 Scroll down to Repeat, and press to select how often you want the alarm to be repeated. 4 Press Done. 64 Copyright © 2005 Nokia.
