Recording an image from a tape as a still image Your camcorder can read moving picture data from other equipment recorded on a tape and record it as a still image on a "Memory Stick." Your camcorder can also take in moving picture data from other equipment through the input connector and record it as a still image on a "Memory Stick." Before operation •Insert a recorded tape into your camcorder. •Insert a "Memory Stick" into your camcorder. (1) Set the POWER switch to VCR. (2) Press . The picture recorded on the tape is played back. (3) Keep pressing PHOTO lightly until the picture from the tape freezes. CAPTURE appears on the LCD screen. Recording does not start yet. (4) Press PHOTO deeper. The image displayed on the LCD screen will be recorded on a "Memory Stick."
