Only the recipient extension can answer the transferred call. • You cannot transfer or forward a call to any external number without subscription of call forwarding services from your telephone services provider. • There are two ways to transfer a call to an extension - refer to the section Blind transfer or Transfer a call and speak to the receiving party.
