Available Options for FAX Server Option Description Fax Server Menu Fax Server When you select Enable, you are able to carry out fax server settings. Default Scan Resolution Select the default scanning resolution. Default Select the file format of an attachment. Attachment Type Default [From:] Enter your email address. Address Default [To:] Address Enter the recipient's email address. Customization Field You can customize the from, to, or subject field. Prefix Input characters which shall be added in front of the customized field. Suffix Input characters which shall be appended at the end of the customized field. Email Settings Receive an email when the printer needs supplies or intervention. Type your name or the key operator's name in the email list box to be notified.
