Airplane Mode TTY Use With Sprint Service Airplane Mode allows you to use many of your device's features, such as Gallery, Camera, and Music, when you are on an airplane or in any other area where making or receiving calls or data is prohibited. When you set your device to Airplane Mode, it cannot send or receive any calls or access online information. To quickly turn Airplane Mode on or off: ᮣ Press and hold , and then tap Airplane Mode in Power options. While in Airplane Mode, the status bar will display . Your device is compatible with select TTY devices. Please check with the manufacturer of your TTY device to ensure that it supports digital wireless transmission. Your device and TTY device will connect using a special cable that plugs into your device's headset jack. If this cable was not provided with your TTY device, contact your TTY device manufacturer to purchase the connector cable. When establishing your Sprint service, please call Sprint Customer Service using the state Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) by first dialing .
