Access panel Before accessing the internal components of the workstation, the access panel must be removed. To remove the access panel: WARNING! Before removing the workstation access panel, be sure that the workstation is powered off and that the power cord is disconnected from the electrical outlet. 1. Disconnect power from the system. 2. If a lock is present, unlock the access panel. The keys are on the rear panel (Rear panel components on page 4). Also, unlock any other locks that are present (Kensington, or Padlock). 3. Pull up on the handle and lift off the cover. Figure 5-5 Opening the access panel To replace the access panel, align the bottom groove of the access panel with the bottom edge of the chassis. Access panel
Before accessing the internal components of the workstation, the access panel must be removed.
To remove the access panel:
WARNING!
Before removing the workstation access panel, be sure that the workstation is powered
off and that the power cord is disconnected from the electrical outlet.
1.
Disconnect power from the system.
2.
If a lock is present, unlock the access panel. The keys are on the rear panel (

). Also, unlock any other locks that are present (Kensington, or Padlock).
3.
Pull up on the handle and lift off the cover.
