Front page (pre-scan) imprinting prints the user-specified alphanumeric string on the front side of documents before they are scanned, with the printed results captured on the scanned images. Back page (post-scan) imprinting prints the user-specified alphanumeric string on the back side of documents after they have been scanned. The printed results are not captured in the scanned images.
