Using Convenient Fax Functions > Sub Address Box Function Sub Address Transmission To specify a Sub Address Box when sending a fax, follow the steps below. NOTE To use sub address transmission, check that a sub address and password have been set in the receiving system in advance. Encrypted transmission cannot be used in sub address transmission.
