User Tools (System Settings) ❖ System Auto Reset Timer The System Reset setting automatically switches the screen to that of the function set in Function Priority, when no operations are in progress, or when an interrupted job is cleared. This setting determines the system reset interval. See p.53 "Function Priority". Note ❒ Default: On, 60 seconds ❒ The time can be set from 10 to 999 seconds, using the number keys ❖ Copier/Document Server Auto Reset Timer (copier/Document Server) Specifies the time to elapse before copier and Document Server modes reset. Note 4 ❒ If [Off] is selected, the machine does not automatically switch to the user code entry screen. ❒ Default: On, 60 Seconds ❒ The time can be set from 10 to 999 seconds, using the number keys. ❖ Facsimile Auto Reset Timer (facsimile) Specifies the time to elapse before the facsimile mode resets. Note ❒ Default: On, 30 seconds ❒ The time can be set from 30 to 999 seconds, using the number keys. ❖ Printer Auto Reset Timer (printer) Specifies the time to elapse before the printer function resets. Note ❒ Default: On, 60 seconds ❒ If [Off] is selected, the machine does not automatically switch to the user code entry screen. ❒ The time can be set from 10 to 999 seconds, using the number keys. ❖ Scanner Auto Reset Timer (scanner) Specifies the time to elapse before the scanner function resets. Note ❒ If [Off] is selected, the machine does not automatically switch to the user code entry screen. ❒ Default: On, 60 seconds ❒ The time can be set from 10 to 999 seconds, using the number keys. ❖ Set Date Set the date for the copier's internal clock using the number keys. Note 60 ❒ To change between year, month, and day, press [←] and [→].
