Confidential Operations Programming the confidential passcode To receive a confidential document, you must first program a 2-digit mailbox number and a 4-digit passcode. Note: Be sure to inform the transmitting party of your 2-digit mailbox number in advance. The transmitting party will need this number to send you confidential faxes. 1 CONFIDENTIAL Press Z/< (flip up the Rapid Key Display: CONFIDENTIAL FUNCTION overlay if it is down) and then or 1:CONFIDENTIAL TX until CONFIDENTIAL CODE SET is selected in the display. 2:CONFIDENTIAL DATA PRINT 3:CONFIDENTIAL CODE SET 4:CONFIDENTIAL CODE CLEAR 2 Press START/ ENTER . 3 Enter a 2-digit number (from "00" to "99") by pressing the numeric keys.
