Auto Dial Tab This tab allows you to quickly enter Speed Dial, One Touch and Group numbers in the MFC's database. These numbers are dialed using the MFC's control panel. Click the Auto Dial tab on the Fax Settings dialog box to display this screen: 21-8 Click the Apply button to save your settings. Auto Dial Numbers Dial Type s Speed Dial You can store up to 100 Speed Dial numbers, so when you dial you only have to press three keys and the Start key. To store a pause in the dialing sequence, click the Insert Pause button as many times as needed. Each key press stores a 3.5 second pause. s One Touch You can store 24 fax/phone numbers that you can dial by pressing one key and the Start key. You also can store names with these numbers. (One Touch keys are not the dial pad keys. Numbers 13-24 are accessed by holding down the Shift key while you press the appropriate One Touch key.) Auto Dial Tab
This tab allows you to quickly enter Speed Dial, One Touch and
Group numbers in the MFC’s database. These numbers are dialed
using the MFC’s control panel. Click the
