2. When the image is focused, press the shutter button the rest of the way to shoot. IMPORTANT! • During movie recording, the Auto Focus mode is disabled. NOTE • When proper focusing is not possible because the subject is closer than the Auto Focus range, the camera will switch to the Macro Focus range automatically (Auto Macro). • Whenever you perform an optical zoom operation while shooting with Auto Focus, a value will appear on the monitor screen as shown below to tell you the focus range. Example: cm - * will be replaced by the actual focus range value. Using Macro Focus 1. Half-press the shutter button to focus the image. The focus operation is the same as that for Auto Focus. 2.
