Auto Focus and Macro Focus Shooting Tips Changing the Auto Focus Area Use the following procedure to change the metering area used for Auto Focus (AF). 1. In the REC mode, press [MENU]. 2. On the "REC" tab, select "AF Area" and then press [X]. 3. Use [S] and [T] to select the setting you want and then press [SET].
