Loading a Memory Card into the Camera IMPORTANT! • Make sure you always turn off the camera before loading or removing a memory card. • Be sure to orient the card correctly when loading it. Never try to force a memory card into the slot when you feel resistance. 1. Open the battery cover. While pressing the battery cover, slide it in the direction indicated by the arrow. 1 2 2. Load a memory card into the camera. Positioning the memory card so its back is facing upwards (towards the monitor screen side of the camera), slide it into the card slot all the way in until you hear it click securely into place.
