IPsec Settings Protocol IKE Pre-Shared Key Re-enter Pre-Shared Key IKE SA Lifetime IPsec SA Lifetime DH Group PFS Remote peers IPv4 address Remote peers IPv6 address Non IPsec communication policy Select the check box to enable the protocol. Pre-Shared Key is displayed for IKE. Sets a shared key. Up to 255 alphanumeric characters, periods, and hyphens can be used. Enter the shared key again to check it. Sets the lifetime for IKE SA from 5 to 28,800 minutes. Sets the lifetime for IPsec SA from 5 to 2,880 minutes. Sets the DH group. Select the check box to enable the PFS setting. Sets the IP address to connect to. Sets the IP address to connect to. Allows communication with a device which does not support IPsec. NOTE: • If IPsec is enabled with incorrect settings, you must disable it using the IPsec menu on the operator panel. 802.1x Specifies the settings for IEEE 802.1x authentication for encrypted communication to the printer. Configure 802.1x Enable IEEE 802.1x Authentication Method Login Name: (Device Name) EAP-MD5 EAP-MSCHAPv2 PEAP/MSCHAPv2 Password Re-enter Password Select the check box to enable IEEE 802.1x authentication. Selects the authentication method to use for IEEE 802.1x authentication. Sets the login name (device name) for IEEE 802.1x authentication using up to 128 alphanumeric characters. Sets the login password for IEEE 802.1x authentication using up to 128 alphanumeric characters. Confirms the set login password. NOTE: • This is available on Dell H625cdw and Dell H825cdw. IP Filter Specifies whether to enable the IP filter feature, which only allows communication with devices whose IP addresses are registered in the printer.
