FAX Group ID Name Delete Confirm / Change Create Displays a fax group ID. Displays the assigned group name. (Not in Use) is displayed when there is no registration. Deletes the entry for the selected group ID. Displays a dialog box where you can edit the entry for the selected group ID. Displays a dialog box where you can create a new entry under the selected group ID. FAX Group (Confirm/Change, Create) Displays or edits the fax number group entries on the FAX Group page, or create a new entry. The following items are in the dialog box that appears when you click Confirm / Change or Create on the FAX Group top page. FAX Group FAX Group FAX Speed Dial ID Name Delete* Speed Dial List to: Speed Dial Name Phone Number Displays the selected group ID. Allows you to view or edit the name assigned for the group ID, or enter a new group name. Deletes the current entry. Selecting each button displays a list of entries for the group of speed dial codes indicated on the button. Displays the speed dial code. Select the check box on the left to add the speed dial code in the group. Displays the name registered for the speed dial code. (Not in Use) is displayed when there is no registration.
