Sets the authentication mode as Internal Mode using user information registered on the printer. Sets the authentication mode as External Mode using user information registered on an external server. To authenticate on the external authentication server with External Mode, it is not necessary to register user information on the printer. Sets whether to permit the printing of data with no authentication information. To permit the printing for non-account user, select the check box. Sets whether to print all print jobs in black and white even when color print is specified. Sets whether to automatically print error-related information if printing using ColorTrack results in an error. Click Edit User Registration to display the Edit Print User Registration page. To register a user, click Create to open the Print User Settings page. To delete a user, click Delete to open the Delete User page. Clicking Back returns the screen to the status prior to deleting the user. To check or change the registered user, click Confirm / Change to open the Print User Settings page. Displays the user registration number. The Delete User button is displayed when the user is already registered. Sets the user name. Sets the user password using 4 to 12 alphanumeric characters. Enter the password again to check it. Sets whether to limit color printing. Sets the maximum number of pages allowed for color printing. Displays the cumulative number of pages printed for color printing. Sets the maximum number of pages allowed for monochrome printing.
