9.2 Using Pictures Experiencing Multimedia 171 Pictures lets you view, edit, assign, and share pictures which you have captured using the Camera and pictures which you have stored on the device's storage card. It also allows you view your pictures in a slideshow and more. To copy pictures into the storage card 1. Connect the device to the computer using the USB cable. 2. When the USB connected icon ( ) appears in the status bar, touch and hold the status bar, then slide your finger downward to open the notifications panel. 3. Touch USB connected, then touch Mount. 4. On your computer, navigate to the USB flash drive, then open it. 5. Create a top-level folder on the storage card named "Pictures" or some other descriptive name, then open it. Tip You can also create and use folders inside the Pictures folder to organize your pictures into albums. 6. Copy your pictures into this folder. 7. When finished, disconnect the device from the computer. To open Pictures Do any of the following: • Press HOME, touch the Applications tab, then touch Pictures. • While on the Camera screen, press , then touch Pictures. Note When you open Pictures from Camera, all pictures are displayed individually and without any album groupings.

9.2 Using Pictures
Pictures
lets you view, edit, assign, and share pictures which you have captured
using the Camera and pictures which you have stored on the device’s storage card.
It also allows you view your pictures in a slideshow and more.
To copy pictures into the storage card
Connect the device to the computer using the USB cable.
When the USB connected icon (
) appears in the status bar, touch and hold
the status bar, then slide your finger downward to open the notifications
panel.
Touch
USB connected
, then touch
Mount
.
On your computer, navigate to the USB flash drive, then open it.
