hc3u164F 4. Open Tray 5 so you have room to work. (Tray 5 does not come all the way out.) 5. Check the paper feed area, and remove any jammed paper by pulling in the direction of the arrow. Then, gently push the paper tray back into the printer. Notes: 1. If the printer continues to jam in the 2500-Sheet Input Unit, try turning the paper stack over so the other edge feeds first. 2. If the error message does not clear and you removed all of the jammed paper, open and close cover B or C to reset the printer. Ensure both sides of the cover latch.
