If an adapter is plugged into the PCI slot, turn off the blade server, remove the adapter, turn on the blade server, and note whether the error code reoccurs. a. If the error code reoccurs, replace the system board and chassis. b. If the error code does not reoccur, replace the adapter that was removed. 2.
