GS700AT Series Smart Switch Software Administration Manual To add a new SNMP View Name: 1. Click System > SNMP > SNMPv3 > View Name. The SNMPv3 View Name screen displays. 2. Enter the View Name field in the first row. 3. Click Add to update the device. To remove an SNMP View Name: 1. Click System > SNMP > SNMPv3 > View Name. The SNMPv3 View Name screen displays. 2. Select the entry to be removed. 3. Click Delete to remove the entry. View Content SNMP views provide or block access to device features or portions of features. For example, a view can be defined to provide a view that SNMP group A has Read Only (R/O) access to Multicast groups, while SNMP group B has Read-Write (R/W) access to Multicast groups. Feature access is granted via the MIB name or MIB Object ID. To define the SNMP View Content: 1. Click System > SNMP > SNMPv3 > View Content. To add a new SNMP View Name:
1.
Click

SNMP > SNMPv3 > View Name
. The SNMPv3 View Name screen displays.
